A man who allegedly forced his way through the entrance of actress Jennifer Aniston’s residence in Los Angeles has been indicted for stalking and property damage.
Jimmy Wayne Carwyle, who hails from New Albany, Mississippi, is alleged to have persistently sent unwanted messages.

Carwyle, aged 48, is accused of driving his vehicle into the entrance gate of Jennifer’s Bel Air residence on Monday, May 5. According to prosecutors, this incident resulted in significant property damage. It has been reported by the New York Times that Ms. Jennifer, who is 56 years old, was present at her home during the crash.
The LAPD reported that a private security guard stopped Carwyle in the property’s driveway prior to the arrival of police officers, who then promptly arrested him. Prosecutors stated on Thursday that Carwyle was charged with stalking and aggravated vandalism, along with an additional charge for making threats intended to inflict significant physical harm.
The actress hasn’t addressed the situation as of now, and there haven’t been any reports of injuries. During his initial court appearance on Thursday, Carwyle entered a plea of not guilty. He was seen shirtless, covered with a blanket, standing within the dock’s glass enclosure.
The judge and prosecuting attorneys voiced concerns over his ability to comprehend the legal proceedings due to potential mental health issues, leading to a temporary halt in the criminal case as they awaited a psychiatric assessment.
A fresh hearing has been set for May 22 with the mental health court.
The bail amount for him stands at $150,000, and under strict orders, he must not have any communication with Jennifer Aniston, stay away from her residence, and refrain from possessing firearms, regardless of being released on parole.
