A dad of three who opted for an impromptu boys getaway
passed away mere hours after arriving in Benidorm.
Joseph McManus, aged 42, abruptly fell down on the Benidorm promenade on Friday and was declared deceased soon afterward.
Mr. McManus, hailing from Dingle, Ireland, opted for the vacation following some individuals pulling out.
“Everybody adored Joseph. He constantly wore a smile and was quite the performer,” his friend, Lee Beck, shared with the media.

He mentioned that Mr McManus had deep affection for all his children, his partner Leanne, as well as his extended family.
Mr McManus’ family is currently attempting to gather funds to transport his remains back to Liverpool.
Mr. Beck stated, “Joseph’s mother insists it isn’t real, and she is still expecting to receive a WhatsApp message from him. His sisters are heartbroken; they’re all struggling with this situation.”
Mr. McManus, employed by DHL as an operator at Jaguar Land Rover, had a special affection for his own children and Leanne’s kids.
His sudden passing has greatly affected those close to him.
Many individuals have posted memorials online in his honor. Someone commented, “Joe was everybody’s friend at JLR. A truly great guy who always made time for others. This is devastating news for his loved ones and peers. Everyone who knew him will miss him immensely.”
The second individual commented: ‘Cannot believe this, an excellent friend and a great companion. Will surely miss you buddy.’
A third person commented: “Disappointed to hear this news. He was such a pleasant young man; my thoughts are with his family.”
