)— The season is approaching when middle and high school students start planning their sports physicals for the 2025-2026 academic year.
During this event, the student doesn’t need to be a patient at Community Healthcare Center in order to get a complimentary sports physical.
The center has requested that the student brings along a fully filled out and signed sports physical form, which needs to be endorsed by either their parent or guardian. Additionally, if they wear glasses or contact lenses, they must remember to take them to the clinic.

The Sports Physical Clinic will be held on Thursday, May 8th, between 3 PM and 5 PM, situated at 200 MLK Jr. Boulevard.
It costs nothing to attend.
