BELL CO., Ky. (WVLT) – The Bell County, Kentucky Sheriff’s Department was asking for help finding a missing woman Tuesday night.
According to the department, 23-year-old Makayla Smith was last seen leaving her home on Ledford Neal Road in the Stoney Fork community at around 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
Smith, said to be behind the wheel of a red Ford Ranger, is characterized as standing at 5′7″ and weighing 211 pounds with dark brown hair. She was most recently spotted dressed in a black gown.
Police announced that Smith was found safe just after 11:30 p.m. Tuesday.
