NEOSHO, Mo. — Neosho city leaders are hoping folks will sign up for a new way to stay connected.
City Hall is putting a new emphasis on its website, neoshomo.gov
City workers encourage residents to sign up for alerts and notifications, something previously been done through a city specific app.
Neosho is ending that service, but says residents will find the same updates through the website.
“It’s not when you sign up you get everything that we send out. You get to pick and choose what you actually want, so that we’re not sending you information you don’t want,” said Jessica Johnson, Neosho public info. officer.
City workers add using the website notifications both streamlines the process and reduces costs for the city.
