Ingredients

  • 1 burger bun
  • A few
    cilantro
    leaves
  • 8 cooked and shelled
    shrimp
  • 1/2
    avocado
  • A handful of arugula

For the curry sauce:

  • 1 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp
    lemon
    juice

For the paprika sauce:

  • 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Preparation

  • Step 1:

    Begin by getting your sauces ready: combine all the components for the curry sauce in one mixing bowl and gather together all the elements for the paprika sauce in a separate container.

  • Step 2:

    Apply the paprika sauce onto the lower bun. Add arugula followed by half of the sliced avocado on top.

  • Step 3:

    Once you have peeled the shrimp, arrange them over the avocado, followed by sprinkling some cilantro leaves and drizzling with the curry sauce.

  • Step 4:

    Distribute the leftover curry sauce over the upper bun, seal your burger, and savor it!
