Rex, aged five; Rose, three; and Belle, two, are Stacey’s children from her previous relationship with an ex-boyfriend named Dean Cox. Additionally, she has Zach, who is 17 years old, and Leighton, who is 12, both of whom are her kids with another former partner, Aaron Barnham.
It has been suggested that the 35-year-old Loose Women star is having second thoughts about being so open in the tell-all reality TV show, similar to The Kardashians, as she feels it might have misrepresented both hers and Joe’s characters.

‘Stacey now finds herself questioning her decision to participate in the program. Usually, whatever she does becomes very successful; however, this time around, they are facing significant criticism.’
The source indicated that Stacey was having difficulties coping with adverse remarks linked to disputes stemming from Joe’s poor time management and her passion for organization.
Following the session, they escalated their disagreement vocally outside the clinic. Amidst this, Stacey was embraced by a coworker who hugged her as she rested her head on their shoulder.
Joe formerly mentioned that it was ‘crucial’ for the audience of Stacey & Joe to see an honest portrayal of their relationship – including both strengths and weaknesses.
He stated to Closer magazine, “A lot of individuals portray their lives as absolutely perfect on Instagram. We have an obligation to display the genuine article—the ups and downs. Life isn’t just made up of smooth sailing; sometimes we even get into arguments.”
Stacy also acknowledged that they weren’t the ‘ideal pair.’
She shared with OK! magazine: “It’s all out in the open. We’ve realized that we aren’t a flawless pair. We have always been honest about this, and added that watching ourselves through these experiences isn’t an everyday occurrence.”
In 2010, Stacey and Joe crossed paths when she emerged victorious from “I’m A Celebrity,” and he was hosting the accompanying program. Their relationship began in 2016 before they tied the knot at their residence in 2022.
