Dusty Porsche Stored in Garage for 14 Years to Go Under Hammer

A dusty Porsche kept in a garage for 14 years is scheduled for an auction.

The exceptionally well-preserved 1989 edition 911 3.2 Carrera Sport Coupe remained unaltered inside a Northamptonshire barn.

Iconic Auctioneers now think the sports car might sell for as much as £25k.

The silver coupe, with only 40,307 miles on it, was meticulously kept by its former owner – an enthusiastic lawyer who had a deep love for cars – from 2011 until his passing.

Unfortunately, the owner died in early 2025, and the family is now searching for a new place for it.

Iconic Auctioneers commented: “Shielded from moisture and warmth by an adjacent space, this historic structure has performed quite admirably in safeguarding this distinctive vehicle.”

“The state in which it was stored had to be remarkable and perfectly consistent with an infrequently driven 40,000-mile 911, maintaining all of its original features and parts intact!”

It will be auctioned off at the Supercar Fest event held in Sywell, Northamptonshire, on 17 May.
