and this time, we’re aiming for
sweet and spicy
combination:
Raspberries with a coating of white chocolate
and a
ruby chocolate
The perfect finale. Everything made from scratch and super simple to create 🙂 These tiny indulgences are what we enjoy pulling out of the freezer for a speedy delight!
Ingredients
- 4.5 oz
raspberries - 5.2 oz white pastry
chocolate - 5.2 oz ruby chocolate
Materials
- Wooden picks
- Parchment paper
Preparation
Step 1:
Put raspberries in the freezer for at least 30 minutes prior to using. *Should you choose to freeze them for a longer time, make sure they are not clumped together.
Step 2:
Melt the white chocolate. * You can melt it in the microwave (2 x 30 seconds) or in a water bath. Pierce a raspberry with a wooden pick and dip into the white chocolate.
Step 3:
Place the coated raspberry on a plate or sheet of parchment paper, then repeat with the remaining raspberries. Place in the freezer for at least 10 minutes.
Step 4:
Heat up the ruby chocolate either using a microwave or a water bath. Pierce a raspberry with a wooden skewer and submerge it into the melted ruby chocolate.
Step 5:
Lay the sugared raspberry on a piece of parchment paper and repeat this process with all the raspberries. Freeze them for a minimum of 10 minutes.
Step 6:
And now it’s ready!
